Cywolf International Trading delivers building materials and iron products across the UAE.

Delivery Coverage

  • UAE-wide delivery

  • GCC deliveries available upon special request (subject to customs regulations)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Large or bulk orders may require extended delivery coordination

Shipping Charges

  • Charges vary based on weight, size, and delivery location

  • Shipping costs will be provided during order confirmation

Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the materials

  • Any additional offloading equipment (crane, forklift) must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed

  • Delivery delays due to site access issues are the customer’s responsibility

Damage on Delivery

  • Please inspect goods upon receipt.
    Any damages must be reported within 24 hours along with photographs.
