We aim to ensure that our customers receive quality products. Due to the nature of building materials and wholesale metal products, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
The wrong item was delivered
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Important:
Custom-cut steel, aluminum, and special-order materials are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method.
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
